Our Products

With a growing human population and dwindling natural resources, it is essential for industries to make smart choices. Fruzyme Biotech would like to assist you in developing innovative natural eco-friendly products that are energy efficient and economically viable.

Enzymes are biocatalysts, protein molecules that can be found in nature or can be extracted from cells. Enzymes are potent catalysts that are very specific to their target molecule. These proteins are known to perform a wide variety of functions in the living kingdom. Due to their sheer abundance and variety, enzymes are believed to be the solution to making industrial processing sustainable.

Proteases are enzymes that act on large protein molecules, digesting them, resulting in short chain peptides. Fruzyme protease is a 100% natural product produced via physical extraction processes from papaya latex. The protease is thermostable at heat treatments below 125°C for 1min. It’s denaturation pH range lies between 2.8 - 9. The product is stable for 24 months at 2-8°C and 18 months in room temperature.

Fruzyme Biotech collaborates with the leading scientists to specifically tailor the Fruzyme protease for your industrial application. . Our solutions are sustainable and innovative offering our customers with greater possibilities to change aspects of their products lifecycle.

Toxin Management Solutions

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by fungi/molds under stress conditions in feed. In India, the survey reports 98% of the samples to be contaminated with Aflatoxin (AF), 56% with Zearalenone (ZEN), 31% with Trichothecenes type B (DON), 84 with Trichothecenes type A (T2), 83% with FUM and 89% with Ochratoxin (OTA). Gram Negative Bacteria that are naturally present in the gut, upon replication or lysis release Lipopolysaccharides (LPS). These endotoxins, LPSs are known to have synergistic effects with mycotoxins.

The effect of mycotoxins on birds range from carcinogenicity, hepatoxicity, neurotoxicity to impaired reproduction, digestive disorders, immuno-modulation and decreased performance. Mycotoxins are highly resistant and cannot be removed or detoxified with normal feed manufacturing process. A robust mycotoxin management comprises of 3 steps: prevention, detection and mitigation. A complete toxin mitigation management strategy involves adsorption, biotransformation and bioprotection.
